Responsibilities:

• conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization;
• implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings;
• monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics;
• collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content and optimize existing content;
• stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices are implemented;
• provide recommendations for website structure, navigation, and user experience improvements.

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience);
• proficiency in Estonian writing and verbal skills for crafting SEO content and optimizing websites for Estonian-speaking audiences;
• fluent English language skills are essential;
• proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (preferably E-commerce);
• knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog etc.);
• analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights;
• excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• managing extensive content across various languages.
