Job Description

Role Description:

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving customer technical issues, documenting and optimizing support engineering processes, debugging customer-specific errors and device issues, and managing situations in cases of device, feature failure or app downtime. You will work closely with the customers and support team to provide high-quality technical services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and the support team to resolve technical issues.
  • Document and optimize support engineering processes across the organization.
  • Debug customer-specific errors and device issues.
  • Manage situations in cases of device, feature failure or app downtime.
  • Create, activate, and deactivate customer database instances.
  • Configure IIoT devices to workstations.
  • Adjust device Wi-Fi settings, sensor data processing configurations.
  • Help customers correctly setup technical parameters and master data.
  • Participate in live calls with clients to provide high-quality technical services.

 

Special Projects:

In addition to the day-to-day tasks, the Senior Technical Support Engineer will be participating in interesting API integration projects, working closely with enterprise customers with advanced security configurations such as SSO, IP address filtering, and device hardening, assisting customers who need custom functionality, and publish internal support engineering docs for the team as the company scales.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience working with integrated data systems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working SaaS and B2B.
  • Good understanding of APIs and databases.
  • Familiarity with at least one major support software.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Practical knowledge of business workflows.
  • Keen interest in technology, automation, and manufacturing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry and industry 4.0
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and industrial sensor technology
  • Leadership experience in leading a team
