Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and integration of both in-house and customer software packages to achieve operational efficiency
- Help with coding, testing, debugging, documenting and deploying applications using various development environments and languages
- Propose and implement innovative initiatives to improve business processes and achieve the development blueprint of the department
- Provide regional office IT environment support, supervise data & system backup & recovery operation
- Evaluate and identify if any new technology suitable for project implementation and process automation
- Work with vendor or support other team members to resolve any problem and bug reported on internal platform(s), provide training for colleagues if required
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in sizeable organizations
- Application development experience in Java, ASP, PHP, JSP, MS Access, MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Apache HTTP, Tomcat and Microsoft IIS.
- Strong system analysis and design skills and knowledge of MS SQL-server, Raw HTML, ASP, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and Window Server are essential
- Experience in supporting and managing Windows & Linux server environments
- Experience in provide end-user support and remote assistance, management of Active Directory
- Experience in supporting LAN/MPLS network including firewall, router, switches etc.
- Experience in system design, specification, implementation, testing, and user training
- Good awareness of changing technologies and latest trends, such as AI, blockchain, etc.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate/guide junior members in the team
- Independent, self-motivated, result-oriented, with strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Estonian will we advantage
- Provide regional office support, oversea travelling is required per request
