Location: 100 % remote you need live and have residency in Estonia — occasional team meet-ups in Tallinn or Bucharest
Compensation: €4 000 – €10 000 / month (gross invoiced or payroll)

Requirements
What you’ll do

Own design, development and hands-on delivery of high-traffic services and apps (low-latency, high availability).

Pair with product & design to turn data-driven hypotheses into customer-facing features.

Shape our engineering culture: knowledge-sharing, blameless post-mortems, ego-free code reviews.

Raise the bar on observability, end-to-end testing and CI/CD and cloud architecture.
Who you are
- excellent English (spoken and written) — this is our working language

10 + years in a product company (not just project work), shipping to real users every week.

Deep TypeScript + Node.js and/or React / React Native expertise; full-stack is a plus.

You are self-driven, and you have a higher expectation of yourself, than we have of you
