Job Description
This position will be responsible for selling and promoting Eurofins Food & Feed testing services in Estonia. The position’s primary responsibility will be to develop and grow existing relationships into larger business deals and effectively prospect to uncover new opportunities for the Eurofins testing business.
Mission/Responsibilities:
- Establish Eurofins’ commercial presence in Estonia;
- Plan and execute the Estonia market development in terms of Eurofins Food and Feed testing services;
- Defining market development strategy and new opportunities;
- Identify and implement the business unit strategy according to global goals and polices;
- Prepare the budget and sales forecast;
- Check and periodically evaluate sales trends in the market sector;
- Generate leads and opportunities;
- Understand the needs of potential customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these;
- Establish and directly manage commercial negotiations with customers;
- Locally represent Eurofins Food & Feed business;
- Setup and coordinate operational aspects of the business (e.g. sample collections and logistics) in country to support secured deals.
Requirements
- Customer orientation, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills;
- Entrepreneurial mind-set and demonstrated ability to work independently;
- Higher education;
- Strong numerical skills and solid ability to support strategic plans with data;
- Good knowledge of the local Food & Feed market;
- Availability to travel;
- Driving License;
- Language skills:
- Estonian and English: fluent (must have)
- Russian, Latvian, Lithuanian (nice to have)
