Senior Sales Engineer

For our TOP client in the electrotechnical industry in high voltage products we are seeking for suitable candidate for the position Senior Sales Engineer. We need mainly experience with acquisitions and business development.

Job description:

• Establish and develop business in Baltic region (Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia)
• Define and execute the business commercial strategy, identify potential and proper clients, make the first contact, arrange meeting, product presentation and, finally, win the tender and conclude the contract
• Effort to build high-level trust relationships with clients and partners
• Responsible for proper pricing strategy, sales targets
• Visit trade shows and industry association meetings
• Leading a small team in the future is highly presumable

• Engineering/Technical University (at least Bachelor’s degree)
• Native local language + fluent English on business level is a must
• Experience in active B2B sales (mainly acquisitions) is a must
• Technical background
• Entrepreneurial spirit, technical seller
• Able to communicate the technical solutions
• Experience with project business is an advantage
