Own recruitment end-to-end for Norrbit and support recruitment delivery. This is a hands-on role where you also help with operational/admin tasks when needed — because that’s how startups win.
What you’ll do
Run full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offers, onboarding support.
Proactively source IT profiles (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, communities).
Build and maintain talent pipelines; keep our hiring funnel organized and transparent.
Coordinate with customer stakeholders and hiring managers; manage expectations and timelines.
Improve our hiring system: templates, scorecards, interview process, reporting.
Handle additional administrative/ops tasks as needed (e.g., data in Excel/Sheets, documentation, scheduling, vendor coordination).
What we’re looking for
4–5+ years experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (in-house or agency), ideally with IT roles.
Strong sourcing capability (you can find candidates, not only process inbound).
Language: Native/Fluent Estonian and Excellent English. This is non-negotiable.
Highly independent: you plan your week, push things forward, and don’t need micromanagement.
Organized and data-driven.
Mindset: You are proactive. You don't wait for instructions; you deliver results. You are comfortable with the "unpredictability" of a startup.
Values fit: humble, direct, reliable, proactive, “no-ego doer”.
Must already are a permanent rezident in Estonia (no visa sponsorship for this role).
