- Leading the onboarding process for new providers, ensuring accurate and complete setup in financial systems;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations and contracting, to gather necessary information for provider setup;
- Executing daily data pulls from various financial systems to capture transactional data;
- Reviewing and validating data to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or missing information;
- Conducting thorough checks and reconciliations of financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness for both Fiat and Crypto;
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies by collaborating with relevant teams and departments;
- Continuously evaluating and enhancing reconciliation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency;
- Implementing best practices to maintain data integrity and enhance overall financial reporting accuracy;
- Maintaining detailed documentation of reconciliation processes, methodologies, and findings;
- Ensuring the prompt and accurate month-end close process to meet regulatory requirements and deadlines;
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and BI, to address reconciliation-related issues and implement solutions;
- Providing support during internal and external audits as needed.
Ootused kandidaadile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- At least 3 years experience in Finance or a strong background in Reconciliation;
- Strong understanding of financial systems and data integrity principles;
- Ability to work under pressure in an internationally diverse environment;
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams;
- Ability to adapt to new programs and systems in a timely matter;
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Estonian and English;
- Understanding different cryptocurrencies is an advantage.
