Senior Product Manager-Delivery Consumer Discovery

We are looking for a customer-first minded Product Lead to transform how Bolt Food delivers a personalised experience for millions of customers across Europe and Africa. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team on a successful path to bring deep personalisation of food, grocery and retail experiences as part of our broader Consumer Group at Bolt Delivery vertical.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Work with our Delivery Data Science, Analytics and Engineering team to form a vision for a personalised consumer experience that drives meaningful business results.
• Conduct regular discovery work, including talking with customers, diving deep into our data and researching how AI technology is transforming the field to undercover real-world problems to solve.
• Develop a roadmap for the Consumer Discovery team that prioritises the most impactful short and long term interventions.
• Lead the cross-discipline product development process to bring your roadmap to market and ship impact.
• Work with your Data partners to test product hypotheses, validate business contribution and extract actionable insights.
• Work together with your Group Lead and peers to craft the right broader strategy and vision for the Consumer group.

• Experienced Product Manager (5+ years). You have a solid background in product management, preferably in the B2C side of a marketplace business.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on. You are a self-starter with a proven track record of taking complex products from concept to launch.
• Data-driven. You use data and key metrics to drive insights and make good product decisions.
• Strong communicator. You can effectively communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-centric. You are passionate about creating products that solve real customer problems and enhance user experiences.
