SENIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER

Senior Product Engineer is responsible for co-ordinating activities for a group of products and lead needed activities for existing products and when introducing new products. Acting as Product owner and ensuring that we reach Product Quality targets. Together with product design making sure new products meets product performance and reach quality targets.

When acting as Lead Product Engineer co-ordinate activities and monitor results for a group of products together with other Product Engineers and together with Product design;

Monitor product performance during production and analyze test result;

During new product introduction (NPI) making sure, together with Product design, that Products fulfill quality and performance requirements;

Global co-operation with other Ericsson and partner factories and design units all around the world;

Drive continuous improvements.

Higher education in technical field;

Work experience from electronics;

Spoken and written English,

Spoken and written Estonian and Russian is a plus. PERSONAL PROFILE:

Good in communication and co-operation;

Being proactive and interest in learning new areas.
