Job Description

ADI Trinamic, a part of the Connected Motion and Robotics Group at Analog Devices, Inc., is seeking a motivated, inquisitive, and eager engineer to expand our HW & Apps team in Tallinn, Estonia. The HW & Apps team is responsible for the design of board- and system-level products exploiting the full potential of the combined ADI chip-level portfolio. The international HW & Apps team is operating across three sites: Tallinn (Estonia), Hamburg (Germany) and Milano (Italy) – providing an excellent multi-cultural work environment.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Contributing to the definition of new products and development boards 
  • Hardware design in accordance with the specification and standards
  • Hardware integration, testing and debugging
  • Ensuring proper documentation
  • Supporting both internal and external customers on hardware related topics

Requirements

Minimum qualifications

  • BSc in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Solid understanding of analog, digital and mixed signal electronics fundamentals
  • Experience in hardware development and related processes
  • Good understanding of DFT and DFM
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (schematics, PCB layout and simulations) and scripting languages
  • Good skills with lab tools

  • Curiousity for motor and motion control applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
