Senior Financial Controller and Planner

Join ESTO Group, the leading provider of shopping, payments, and financing solutions in the Baltic countries, as our Senior Financial Controller and Planner. We're seeking a dynamic individual to shape our financial strategy and ensure the accuracy of our Group Finance Department processes. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver accurate monthly reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the budgeting model, providing monthly comparisons and insightful business analysis.
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal reporting processes, driving efficiency and transparency.
• Support internal and external partners, providing data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, leveraging technology for streamlined workflows.
• Establish and maintain effective internal control procedures, safeguarding company assets and ensuring financial reporting integrity.
• Coordinate documentation for internal and external audits, facilitating the audit process.

• 3+ years in financial controlling or accounting, preferably in consumer finance or lending.
• In-depth understanding of management reporting practices and IFRS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
• Results-driven with a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a focus on collaboration.
