Job Description
At Norrbit, we help build MERO - Eastern Europe’s fastest-growing beauty-services app, trusted by over 12,000 beauty professionals and managing 8 million bookings per year.
The technical complexity of the MERO ecosystem is spanning financial compliance, cross-application data flows, and a three-platform deployment (Web, iOS, and Android).
Location: 100 % remote you need live and have residency in Estonia — occasional team meet-ups in Tallinn or Bucharest

Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary focus will be designing and implementing MERO's back-end system with ocassional full-stack work

Own design, development and hands-on delivery of high-traffic services and apps (low-latency, high availability).

Pair with product & design to turn data-driven hypotheses into customer-facing features.

Shape our engineering culture: knowledge-sharing, blameless post-mortems, ego-free code reviews.

Raise the bar on observability, end-to-end testing and CI/CD and cloud architecture.
You’re a Great Fit If:

excellent English (spoken and written) — this is our working language 10 + years in a product company (not just project work), shipping to real users every week.

Deep TypeScript + Node.js and/or React / React Native expertise; full-stack is a plus.

You are self-driven, and you have a higher expectation of yourself, than we have of you
