Senior Affiliate Manager

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our affiliate marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing and growing our affiliate partnerships, driving revenue, and ensuring the success of our affiliate program. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in affiliate marketing, solid relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing and executing the affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue and meet business objectives
• Recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with high-quality affiliates
• Optimising and analysing affiliate campaigns to maximise performance and ROI
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align affiliate efforts with overall business goals
• Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market changes
• Providing regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders
• Negotiating and managing contracts and commission structures with affiliates

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in Marketing
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing trends, strategies, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
