Senior Accountant

Main responsibilities

• Monthly revenue invoicing to customers.
• Reconciliation of open balances with customers on an ongoing basis.
• Owner of AR mailbox and responsible for communication with customers related to all invoicing issues and questions.
• Communication with customers regarding overdue payments, cash-in collection, and cooperation with group credit controller.
• Recharge invoicing to customers.
• Holding close contact with operations and sales departments regarding invoicing-related matters.
• Intercompany invoicing.
• Posting of payroll entries prepared by outsourcing companies.
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, as well as assisting in audits.

Key Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or relevant.
• Experience in working as an accountant for at least 3 years.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• In-depth understanding of Estonian GAAP or IFRS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Written and spoken Estonian and English languages.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
