Job Description

  • Arranging the accounting of Magnetic MRO AS and its subsidiaries.
  • Supporting external audit process (when necessary).
  • Being a single point of contact for allocated departments` managers.
  • Being responsible for allocated departments` all accounting matters: issuing invoices, making accruals, maintaining analytics and analyzing monthly results. 
  • Accounting of more complex accounting areas.
  • Consulting other department managers (when necessary) in accounting and taxation-related matters. 
  • Supporting junior accounting team members. 
  • Participation in accounting software development as well as other accounting-related developments. 

Requirements

  • Higher education in Accounting Finance or relevant.
  • Previous work experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant.
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
  • In-depth understanding of Estonian GAAP.
  • Knowledge of Estonian accounting and applicable regulations.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Estonian and English).
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Strong attention to detail.
