Security Investigator

The incumbent supports and advises the Regional Security Office (RSO) in all areas related to security at the Embassy.

EXPERIENCE: Five years of experience in investigation, police, law enforcement.

EDUCATION: Successful completion of two years college studies.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Advanced interview techniques, advanced investigative skills, advanced negotiation skills. Able to work closely with a team, as well as be self-sufficient. Must have a valid local driver's license, and drive non-commercial Embassy vehicles.

LANGUAGE:
Level IV (fluency) speaking/reading/writing in Estonian is required (this may be tested).
Level IV (fluency) speaking/reading/writing in English is required (this may be tested).
Level III (good working knowledge) speaking/reading/writing in Russian is required (this may be tested).
