Secondhand E-commerce Team Lead

We are looking for new Team Lead to join our newly founded team in Tallinn. In this role, you would help in ramping up our Tallinn operations and be responsible of the day-to-day work of a small team. The team looks after the secondhand garment handling chain, the day-to-day running of our online store, and customer service. Working hours would be 30-40 hours per week, depending on your preference. 

• You work as part of the Ninyes production team
• You are a driver in ramping up our operations in Tallinn
• Daily work includes garment handling, online store order management and customer service
• Other tasks related to our e-commerce and operations as needed
• The work is mostly hands on work
• Shifts fall on weekdays between 8:00 and 18:00, flexible hours within that time
• Salary negotiatable based on your education and experience

• Fluent written and spoken English and Estonian
• A precise, organised and productive way of working
• You enjoy working with your hands, but you are comfortable working with software as well
• You are organised and willing to take responsibility
• You are ready to lead a small team
• Experience in retail, fashion or second hand is an advantage
