Job Description

AS A SECOND LINE SUPPORT OPERATOR you will be dealing with inquires that are escalated by all internal departments or are raised directly via client contact. You are dealing with problems that lack a straightforward solution and must be investigated in depth and encompass across all products as you will be a backbone of the operation, being in a close relationship with all the departments. Strong attention to detail, logical thinking and excellent communication skills come very handy in your daily work.
The position offers an exciting opportunity to work and learn in a friendly environment alongside dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues. The 2nd line support team is technical support team who is active 24/7 and works in shifts.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge about different sports
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good communication skills
• Starting/Stopping Windows Services
