  • Manage up to 20 key clients and support their long-term cooperation.
  • Monitor results, prepare reports, and share insights for improvement.
  • Solve client and operational issues through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Encourage open communication and find the best solutions for mutual success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in team leadership and B2B sales, ideally in logistics.
  • Strong understanding of the Estonian market, economy, and e-commerce trends.
  • Fluent in Estonian, English, and Russian.
  • Open-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Great communication and organization skills.
  • Driving license and access to a personal car.
