Sales Representative

What you will do:

•Actively sell products and solution to new clients.
• Expand the product portfolio for existing clients.
• Develop trust-based, long-term relationships with clients by offering solutions that meet their business needs and createadditional value.
• Continuously analyze client purchasing behavior, needs, and journeys to better forecast decision-making processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of appropriate products and services to clients by closely cooperating with other departments (logistics,production, development, service).
• Respond quickly and empathetically to client complaints or issues, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor retail market trends, competitors, and technological innovations, proposing new solutions to clients.
• Represent the company at business fairs and events.
• Prepare and execute all sales documents in accordance with company regulations and existing legislation.• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
• Register all lead and opportunity information into SalesForce CRM system.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer relationship management and/or sales – B2B sales experience is a strong advantage and highly valued.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills – You’re confident in conversations and can keep things running smoothly.
• Fluency in Estonian and English, both spoken and written – You’re comfortable switching between languages with ease.
• A fast learner with a growth mindset – You’re eager to pick up new skills and apply them right away.
• A structured, goal-oriented personality – You enjoy working toward targets and see challenges as opportunities.
• A self-starter who thrives in a team environment – You can work independently while being a supportive colleague.
• A passion for continuous improvement and professional growth in sales – You’re always looking for ways to level up your skillsand impact.
• B category driver license
