Job Description

• you will manage and approve the entire sales process and be responsible for managing and developing the staff team, providing leadership, training and growth. 


• You will be responsible for your team achieving sales targets and assisting them in this process.


• Another key part of this role will be creating and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to further grow the business and maintain competitiveness in the industry.

Requirements

• Strong sales and marketing knowledge and ability
• Computer literacy, sales aptitude and understanding of basic financial principles
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in the Electricity/Solar industry
• Language: English must, Estonian or Russian

• Explanding and managing B2B partners network locally. Building partnerships.
