  • develop and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing with additional responsibility for further engagement of new customers

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to contribute to the development of our fast-growing European market, follow up on hot leads, reach out to new clients, get the deals closed, and handle customer needs.

The goal for our sales managers is also to ensure that the company has an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive situation.

Sales Manager will help develop a strategic sales plan and be responsible for executing it.

  • higher education and readiness for lifelong learning
  • 3 years sales experience including B2B sales and international sales, with a proven ability to sell complex engineered systems
  • willingness to develop and establish new lines of direct sales
  • motivated by the fast-paced environment of a growing company

  • advanced communication and presentation skills

  • fluent in English and Estonian
