The Role

Own your territory in this flexible, remote consultancy position. You’ll channel premium UK/EU food and drink brands into supermarkets and distributors, with full freedom to hustle locally while following our proven structure—think 3-4 international trips yearly for trade shows and client breakthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales by nurturing supermarket chains, distributors, and new B2B partnerships.
  • Negotiate deals, launch products, and keep clients thrilled through proactive account management.
  • Craft weekly action plans, track progress in CRM, and report transparently to leadership.
  • Spot trends, solve problems on the fly, and represent our energetic brand at events.

Requirements

  • Able to travel freely in the EU for exhibitions and client meetings (3-4 trips/year).
  • Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken—essential).
  • Set up as self-employed with your own tech setup (computer, mobile, internet, Microsoft Office, Zoom).
  • Exceptional communication skills: self-aware communicators who connect authentically with team members and clients.
  • Good Excel/maths skills
