Job Description
You are designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensures it's strong presence.
You have your small team of sales people in different regions whose sales results will be reported directly to you. You manage and coordinate sales information and reporting to the management.
You also are the best sales person of NordFert getting customers interested of our products, organise necessary soil/plant examples for analysis from them and show how we can help our customers produce more quality.
You are active on big markets of Europe and focus mostly to organic food producers but also others. We provide you with pre-screening results of the initial markets to work with.
Requirements
- have advanced education in chemistry, agronomy or similar (or suitable education spiced with great export sales management experience)
- have previous sales management experience at least 3 years (for agricultural products to other regions than Estonia is a plus)
- have great Russian and English skills, Estonian is a plus (our team is mostly Estonian speaking)
- are independent and sales-driven, but enjoy team-work, have good planning skills and analytical mind
- have a real wish to leave Earth a better place for our children
