Main responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships in the marine, shipbuilding, and offshore markets
- Identifying new opportunities and managing project-based sales processes
- Preparing and closing sales agreements in cooperation with clients and partners
- Working closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions
- Participating in proposals, negotiations, and contract discussions
Requirements for the candidate:
- Technical background (preferably maritime, mechanics, metalworking, or industrial field)
- Previous experience in B2B sales (marine/offshore sector is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (Estonian and Russian are an advantage)
- Proactive and independent work style, with readiness to travel in Estonia and abroad
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) is considered a plus
