Sales Manager (B2B) – Marine & Industrial Sector

Main responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships in the marine, shipbuilding, and offshore markets
  • Identifying new opportunities and managing project-based sales processes
  • Preparing and closing sales agreements in cooperation with clients and partners
  • Working closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions
  • Participating in proposals, negotiations, and contract discussions

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Technical background (preferably maritime, mechanics, metalworking, or industrial field)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales (marine/offshore sector is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English (Estonian and Russian are an advantage)
  • Proactive and independent work style, with readiness to travel in Estonia and abroad
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) is considered a plus
