Electrical or System Engineer

PowerUP Energy Technologies is seeking for a talented and motivated ELECTRICAL / SYSTEM ENGINEER to join our growing team. In this role, you will be part of electrical system and installation related hands-on activities as well as providing customized calculations for various projects and customers. You will also be a crutial link between the technical and sales teams. If you are a "people person" on the outside and a "technology nerd" on the inside, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installments of our products at customer sites in cooperation with other required professionals;
• Become a hands on specialist of our hydrogen fuel cell based electric generators and battery capacity extender technology.
• Help with the engineering and the procuring of system designs for permanent installations of hydrogen fuel cell based aplications.
• Reviewing customer technical requirements and specifications;
• Preparing technical offers and solution descriptions for projects and customers;
• Be a "buffer" between the sales team and technical, product & production teams sharing detailed technical information and helping to finalize custom solutions for customers and installation projects;
• Provide updates to sales team about important developments in product, technology and production departments;
• Researching customer requirements and communicating market requirements to the sales, marketing and development teams;
• Join customer calls together with sales team colleagues when needed to cover technical & product related topics;
• Prepare technical presentations and other collaterals to promote and explain the Company’s solutions;
• Training customers, distributors and providing technical support and assistance to customers;
• Training other members of the sales team on the product and technical related matters.

Requirements:

• Experience and training in electrical engineering or mechatronics or system engineering or aerospace engineering. 
• You are trustworthy, well organized and on top of engineering work also enjoy interacting with clients and other team members.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Any extra language skill (German, French, Spanish etc) is a bonus.
• You have great computer skills. Experience with any CRM systems is a bonus.
• You have the ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.
