Job Description
- Active sales of DANFOSS Power Solutions and Industrial Automation products in Estonia
- Maintain, build and sustain existing customer accounts and relationships
- Actively engage with existing clients identifying, planning and consulting them on daily basis
- Identify market trends generating new sales opportunities while developing plans and sales targets for each quarter
- Attend and participate in international seminars and trainings while exhibiting the aptitude and understanding of new products, and sales strategies learned locally and abroad
- Conduct presentations, organize seminars, exhibitions and fairs both locally, and internationally
- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for the market and sales reviews for the local and international management teams
Requirements
Highly-motivated person with positive attitude, and ambitions to achieve great carrier this sales position should have:
- At least Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering
- Sales experience of minimum 1 year or strong desire and ability to learn rapidly
- Experience and understanding of hydraulics for Forest machinery, Construction equipment or any other similar training in one of the 3 product groups mentioned above is a plus
- Engineering qualification, preferably Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on hydraulics and automation or any other similar engineering background
- Excellent communication, selling, negotiation and people skills
- Good analytical skills, strategic thinking and friendly attitude is required
- Excellent and disciplined planning with great time management skills
- Ability to work independently with strong aptitude how to manage multiple projects at a time
- Ability on a daily basis to converse and communicate both, orally and in writing in Estonian, and English is a must. Knowledge of a Russian language is a plus.
- Valid driver’s licence
