You will play a key role in supporting our Country Manager with daily operations, customer communication, and account coordination. Your work will directly contribute to growing our client base and ensuring a seamless sales process.

Your key responsibilities

  • Order Management: Enter, monitor, and follow up on customer orders until delivery, in coordination with logistics and purchasing team

  • Customer Care: Provide timely responses to clients regarding orders, deliveries, product availability, and claims management

  • Sales Manager Support: Prepare presentations, and materials to support commercial activities

  • Catalogs & Product Data: Manage and update product codes, price lists, images, and technical/commercial documentation
  • Client Communication: Verify order confirmations, product information, and post-sales follow-ups
  • Back Office Activities: Provide administrative and organizational support, update CRM, and handle document archiving
  • Internal Coordination & Feedback: Act as a liaison with logistics, marketing, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth operations
  • Catalogs & Product Data: Manage and update product codes, price lists, images, and technical/commercial documentation

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent in English (Estonian and Italian are considered beneficial)

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or administrative roles

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear, professional, and customer-oriented communication
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving company

  • Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, ERP, MS Office, advanced Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
  • Problem-solving mindset and results-oriented approach
  • Interest in beauty and skincare is a big advantage
  • Work location: Tartu
