Panaviatic AS is business jet aviation company, offering services in charter sales and aircraft management. We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic person to join our team as Sales & Operation Manager based at Tallinn International Airport.
Requirements
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Charter flight quotations of the own fleet
- Business development and onboarding new customers
- Flight coordination, including generating trip itineraries for clients
- VIP Charter flight sales
- Negotiation with air operators when necessary to procure best value for clients
- Preparation of contracts, invoices and flight briefings, coordination with customers 24/7
- Heavy telephone interface with clients and industry contacts;
- Communication with operators, handling agents, FBOs, concerning current and upcoming company flights
Minimum qualification requirements:
- Interest in aviation industry
- English and Russian language
- Positive attitude
- Customer orientation
- Ability to work in stressful situation
- Fast learning ability
- PC skills
