Monthly/Yearly Sales and Marketing plan formation, implementation and control; Sales and Digital KPIs formatting, monitoring, control and reporting;
Marketing expenses budget formation and control;
Marketing incomes budget formation, implementation and control; Internal and external communication channels management;
B2B, management of suppliers’ marketing activities; Initiatives and management of Sales and Marketing projects; Reporting and supervision of leaded projects;
Perfectly and smoothly leading marketing team, delegating projects and tasks, implementation control;
Working collaboratively with other business units and teams within company; Working smoothly with external partners, media and creative agencies.
Hold a university degree in Business Management, Marketing or similar field;
Have at least 2-3 years of successful experience in e-commerce (experience in pharmacy business would be considered as an advantage) leading marketing team and projects;
Have knowledge of: digital marketing KPIs and understanding, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads;
Be experienced in working with creative and media agencies;
Know digital marketing trends, industry best practices and ability to adopt them or implement;
Demonstrate strong ownership, networking skills and problem–solving attitude; Shine in numbers analysis and presentation using Excel, Power Point, etc.;
Speak fluently in Estonian and English, Russian would be considered as an advantage.
