Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Sales and Marketing Support is responsible for supporting and managing business relationships, maintaining internal client databases and identifying new opportunities for our business to capitalize on. The role holder will work closely together a team with focus on marketing and where required, provide support to other members of the team. This position is key in supporting our growth by helping to identify, qualify and contact new deals from interested leads and potential targets all over Europe.

Support the marketing team in developing new client relationships and servicing existing client relationships
- Managing the inflow of new and current business leads and requests;
- Supprting contracted agents in their activities;
Liaise directly with clients, marketers and other members ofthe business and update our records accordingly
- Maintaining and managing a client database;
- Manage contract and sales queries and maintain regular reporting;
Produce schedules and presentations


At least 3 years of working experience.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Confident and able to work independently
Fluency in spoken and written english.
PC Skills (Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word).

Command of German or French and knowledge of financial products would be bonus
