VOODOO talent's recruitment agencies client - well-consolidated company, which markets and sells a wide range of power tools, hand tools, outdoor products, accessories, and PPE equipment under the market leading brands MILWAUKEE®, AEG® and Ryobi®. They sell through a large network of distributors in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Them end customers are typically professional users and quality conscious DIY people.TTI Nordic is on a strong growth path, not least in MILWAUKEE®. The customer segment Utilities covers prioritised customer categories such as power generation, services and transmission, renewable energy services such as wind power, and railway construction and maintenance. For this position we look for an Account Manager to further strengthen Milwaukee’s position in this exciting segment. At the moment company is growing and to the team we invite to join sales professional - account manager, who will be responsible for Estonia country.


Your responsibility is to develop Milwaukee’s position in the utilities market within your geographical district, inc. areas such as wind power, infra structure and rail, where there is an opportunity to improve customers’ productivity by using Milwaukee’s High Force products, such as press tools, cable cutters etc. in combination with other products in the wide Milwaukee cordless systems.The role includes working closely with relevant distributors as well as with the rest of the Job Site Solutions team to identify opportunities and convert key end-users to Milwaukee’s market leading cordless systems.You come to the position with a strong knowledge of the utilities market including of electrical installation. The position reports to the Finish JSS Manager.Further tasks:• Plan and implement sales and market activities, including participation in local/national sales events, trade fairs, etc.• Implement and follow-up on sales plans and budgets/work out relevant analysis and reports• Contribute to the Nordic Utilities category development through feedback to Nordic product managementYou work from your home office, but most of your time is spent in the field.


• You have a solid experience from the targeted utilities markets and a documented ability to sell

• You are a strong communicator

• You have a natural ability to build trust and strong relationships, externally and internally

• You are motivated by building something new rather than administer something existing

• We expect you to master Estonian well and have a good knowledge of English as well as experience with the MS Office suite. CRM system knowledge will be an advantage.

• You speak English, Russian and Estonian languages.
