Currently Supervisor or Restaurant Manager of a smaller team in either a 4 or 5 star hotel or quality restaurant for a min of 2 years.

Ability to lead and supervise team.
Computer literate, Micros Fidelio experienced
Extensive knowledge of wines.
Diploma in F&B from a recognized Hotel School is an advantage.
English and Russian is a must.
Ability to speak a foreign European language is an advantage.
