As a Restaurant Supervisor you are responsible for ensuring excellent Guest Experience by supervising all Food and Beverage operations, while overseeing and guiding performance of all staff. Maintaining a high standard of food, drinks and service is a Restaurant Supervisors goal.

The job role includes, but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Supervise all Food and Beverage operations
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and smooth service flow
- Ensure compliance of staff with company policies and work guidelines
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Comply with restaurant security, health and safety, and other company policies
- Assist with monthly stock count
- Assist with restaurants work schedule
- Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages and food
- Ensure everything is ready for service

- Previous experience
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- English, Estonian, Russian language skills (other languages are an advantage)
- You are responsible, have strong work ethics and lead by example.
- You are able to work under pressure
- Excellent grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations is an added advantage
