Job Description
Receiving reservations and entering to the system as per company standard.
Providing information to callers and make offers to guests upon requests.
Ensure all special requests are recorded and all bookings are updated in the system.
Requirements
Costumer orientation and friendliness as well as team spirit are your attributes.
You have a lovely telephone voice and good computer skills.
You have very good command of English & Estonian (Russian is a plus).
You love to create Heartist moments.
