Research project manager

Intra Research is a market research company with offices in each of the Baltic countries. We are providing online research services to customers all over the world. Currently we are expanding our team in Estonia and are looking for a smart and energetic colleague to our team in Tallinn. You will be working with online market research, conducting services to both local and international customers.

Tasks

• Daily communication with customers and project team
• Implementing a sales plan
• Launching and monitoring process of projects
• Working with data files
• Calculating prices
• Internal reporting on project level
• Preparing reports to customers

• Fluent written and verbal English and Estonian skills
• Eagerness to learn more about different software and basic scripting
• Analytical skills combined with service mindedness
• Quick learner
• Can handle many projects at once
• Ability to focus deeper on one topic when needed
• Possibility to travel abroad

Beneficial skills

• Russian, Lithuanian or Latvian languages
• Previous experience from market research sector
• Scripting or programming skills
• Advanced Excel and/or SPSS skills
