Rental Agent (seasonal)

The Customer Service Agent provides the first line of service to customers, assisting customers with the pickup and return of their rental vehicle.

Tasks

• Offering customers our best products and upgrades to maximize their car rental experience
• Carefully checking vehicle conditions before and after rental
• Tracking and organizing reservations
• Maintenance and upkeep of the vehicles

• Fluent in English and Estonian in speech and writing
• Calm under pressure
• Energetic and self-motivated with positive attitude
• Drivers license atleast 3 years
• Computer literate
• Experience in customer service
