•Ensuring the highest standards of person centred care are being delivered at all times by staff within the care team
•Perform all duties in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining registration requirements
•Overall management and supervision of staff within the care team
•Distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions
•Practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks including the safe moving and handling of residents
•Liaise with family members of residents, GP’s, health and social care professionals involved in the wellbeing of all residents
•Ensuring timely and appropriate ordering of replacement goods
•Good level of ENGLISH
•NMC Pin is highly desirable but not essential
•No minimum experience required
•Good level of clinical skills
