Regional Sales Manager - Estonia

We are a leader in the wholesale distribution of metallurgical products and plastics. We operate on the basis of a network of central warehouses and several sales offices in Poland and Lithuania. We employ over 1,000 employees.

The employed person will be responsible for:
  • working out the sales development strategy on the Estonian market,
  • acquiring and maintaining permanent cooperation with key customers,
  • actions aimed at increasing the sales of specific product groups,
  • developing of sales to designated market segments, industries,
  • analysis of the actions of competitors, market and industry,
  • caring for the high quality of customer service and good corporate image.
  • We are looking for a person:
  • having a minimum of 3 years of experience in the B2B industry (experience in the distribution of steel products is welcome),
  • with a minimum secondary education,
  • very good in using the MS Office package,
  • freely speaking the languages: Estonian, Russian and English - a prerequisite,
  • having knowledge in sales techniques,
  • capable of conducting trade talks and negotiations,
  • focused on effects,
  • communicative,
  • well organized and accurate,
  • responsible and reliable,
  • holding a driving license cat. B.
