A premium Retail company is looking for

REGIONAL MANAGER

You will be working with a Premium retail store with a world-class smokefree alternative – IQOS.

IQOS is a brand, which has taken customer needs to the core and aims to provide the best consumer experience for adults who continue to use tobacco products.

Salvobaltic OÜ is commited to providing high-quality customer service and helping to raise the quality of managed stores to the highest level.

We will hand it over under your responsibility:

• Achieving business goals and revenue targets
• Overseeing Store and Back-office daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives
• Recruiting, training, and supporting Store managers and Back-office employees as well as conducting regular performance appraisals
• Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances
• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Highly developed know-how of team management, skilled experience in retail will be an advantage 


• Ability to successfully motivate and lead the team to hit their targets


• High sense of responsibility, service-minded and problem-solving attitude


• Clear and constructive communication skills, fluent Estonian and English


• Driver’s license B category
