Job Description

Do job interviews, integrate new workers (provides all information, prepares contracts, organizes try out and training days).
Supervise the staff: delegates the work, organizes and leads the team meetings, managers meetings, feedback meetings.
Make the schedule for the workers, find the covers for the shifts whenever it is needed, solve the problems whenever they arise.
Ensure that the shops meet the Company standards. (clean, tidy, full)
Ensure that the client consultation meets the Company standards.
Check the documents in the shops. Ensures that all documents are up to date.
Submitting shop sales to the shopping malls.
Ensure that the KPIs monitored by the company are achieved. (for example: workers
rotation, goals, client consulting, inventories, average basket)
Arranging the repair of the broken equipment.
Assisting line manager, helping with the new shop openings.
Helding trainings for first aid, filling and submitting all needed documents regarding the workenvironment.

Requirements

Excellent team management, motivation, delegation, creativity and control skills;
Positivity, courtesy, helpfulness, flexibility;
at least 2-3 years of experience in management;
Experience in the retail sector;
First aid and work environment specialist training valid certificates would be an advantage;
Fluency in English and Estonian;
B category driving license;
Computer literacy.
