Regional Manager at Pepco (Estonia & Latvia)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the sales region comprising approximately 100 stores divided into 5 districts (in Latvia and Estonia).
• Achieving the business objectives set for the assigned regions.
• Training, motivating, and supervising Area Managers (5 people).
• Continuously improving customer service levels and standards of visual merchandising.
• Optimizing costs and enhancing work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Working with P&L reports and KPIs.
• Implementing new projects, procedures, and standards and monitoring their performance.
• Maximizing sales.
• Tracking and reporting on changing trends and the economic situation in the country.
• Proposing solutions to support the development and improvement of store operations.
• Assisting in the implementation of marketing strategy.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors' activities.
• Cooperation with the Head of Region and the Operations Department to maximize profits and define and implement strategies for the assigned area.

If you have at least:

• Higher education.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Area Manager (managing multiple stores) in the retail network, with a preference for at least one year of experience as a Regional/Area Manager (managing several districts comprising a total of dozens of stores).
• Ability to analyze reports comprehensively and draw conclusions.
• Experience in managing large teams and making decisions.
• Category B driving license and willingness to work intensively in the field (including overnight stays in hotels).
• Very good command of English (min. B2) is a must (direct manager is English speaking person)
• Knowledge of Russian will be an additional advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to organize own work and manage the work of subordinates.
• Business development skills and decision-making ability.
• Flexibility, openness, and ease of establishing contacts.
