Main tasks are
- Source potential new Employees via innovative methods (i.e., internal database, job boards, referrals, networking, internet searches, organizations, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and others.
- Generating Runway and/or interest groups, and potential interested future employees networks in widely know social network. Actively participating in work of group – informing of company activities work and free time
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
- Generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines for multiple positions
- Generate job postings that accurately reflect position requirements.
- Post open positions on various sites
- Answering possible information requests
- Composing internal database
- Organizing and coordinating interviewing process, and participating in job interviews.
- Conduct research to identify websites, publications, companies and organizations to target to attract top talent.
- Preparing necessary HR reports.
- Fulfill other tasks in Human Resource
Requirements
We are looking for recruitment coordinator to HR team. Recruitment coordinator is responsible for effective and fast recruitment process and for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall and also for multinationals.
We are looking for person who is energetic, lively and very open.
Likes communicate with people via all the channels available phone, e-mail, face to face e.tc.
Fluent in written and verbal English
Beneficial skills are knowledge of recruitment and/or HR work
