Recruiter

Spinwise is looking for a people and goal-driven Recruiter. Your main goal in this position would be hiring top-class industry talent and ensuring candidates and hiring managers experience the smoothest recruitment process ever. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including technical positions
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Regularly collaborating with department managers and proactively identifying current and future hiring needs
• Working closely with hiring managers, setting road-maps and executing hiring strategies
• Guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process
• Advertising vacancies on multiple job boards in several markets
• Taking care of candidate pipelines, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews
• Negotiating terms and conditions of job offers

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
• Passion for people
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the recruitment world
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative team player with the ability to foster good professional relationships
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of job market tendencies
• Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements
• Strong cross-functional coordination, time management, and decision-making skills
