Recruiter

At Fractory we are growing fast-paced. We have doubled in size within the past 6 months and are continuing our growth. We are adding people to our existing teams in Estonia, UK and Finland and are opening up new offices with the Chicago, US office being the next one in line.

Fractory HR team is currently one person strong. At this stage we are looking to add a Recruiter to our Estonian office and also hiring for a HR Business Partner to our UK office.

The main focus of the Recruiter role:

• You will deliver recruitment projects for our different departments (sales, supply chain, product development, marketing, operations) across all of our locations
• You will be the face of Fractory, being the first contact person for candidates
• You will promote our employer brand across all of our locations
• You will contribute to other HR areas as well whether it be organising team or company events, onboarding new hires, handling employment relations, coordinating learning opportunities for our employees or whatever it is that excites you besides hiring
