The Front Desk Receptionist is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure guests’ exceptional experience and information flow between departments.
As a hotel receptionist you will deal with checking guests in and out, handle billing and payment procedures and process hotel reservations in accordance to Leading Hotels of the World Service Standards. This role will require your outstanding customer service skills, fantastic attention to details, and your consistently professional and friendly approach towards hotel guests to ensure their well being.
In addition to your excellent customer service skills as the receptionist you should be punctual and reliable team player with strong communication skills, a self driven approach and a positive "can do" attitude. Previous hotel working experience is considered as an asset.
You will have flexibility to work on a rotating roaster including weekend and evening shifts in addition to competitive starting salary and holiday entitlement. This position offers the opportunity to develop in the offered role as well as the potential to advance at other Schlössle Hotel Group properties.
