As a hotel receptionist you will be responsible for processing hotel reservations, checking guests in and out, applying charges to bills and dealing with payments. This role will require your outstanding customer service skills, fantastic attention to detail, and your consistently professional and friendly approach towards hotel guests.
In addition to your excellent customer service skills as the receptionist you should be punctual and reliable team player with strong communication skills, a
self driven approach and a positive "can do" attitude.
You will have flexibility to work a roatating roaster including weekend and evening shifts. This position offers the opportunity to develop in the offered role as
well as the potential to advance at other Schlössle Hotel Group properties.
