As Quality and Safety Specialist your main responsibilities will be:
? Lead and continuously improve Quality and Safety Management processes in Estonia, ensuring alignment with Adacel’s global standards, ISO requirements, and applicable Estonian and EU regulations.
? Serve as the independent Quality representative for Adacel Technology Estonia and the designated System Safety Specialist for REVAL Digital Tower projects.
? Define and maintain technical and functional safety requirements and perform required safety analyses and assessments, including FHA, FMEA, PSSA, SSA, and hazard assessments.
? Identify, assess, and monitor safety risks throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance to project teams and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation.
? Lead and support certification, compliance, and audit activities, including internal QMS audits and preparation for customer, regulatory, certification, and ISO audits.
? Support EASA approval and certification activities, customer safety assessments, operational approvals, and safety case development.
? Monitor quality performance, drive corrective and preventive actions, and ensure that quality, safety, and compliance documentation remains complete, traceable, and audit-ready.
? Promote process harmonization, best-practice sharing, and continuous improvement across the Estonia and Montreal organizations while fostering a strong culture of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
