Role Description
This is a full-time position for Quality manager located in Narva. 20% of time you can work remotely (~1 day per week). The quality manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality management system for manufacturing processes (mainly assembling), and creation from scratch quality management system for production of consumables with target to get IATF 16949 automotive industrial certificate. Our Global Quality Manager will supervise and fully support you with her experience.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain company’s quality control processes.
- Develop, manage and maintain documentation and records related to quality management according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Evaluate and analyze performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Implement quality control to ensure consistent high quality of incoming raw materials, production of machines and goods.
- Monitor production to identify and correct quality nonconformities.
- Investigate claims and issues to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular internal audits of quality management system, of manufacturing processes and of products to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Participate in external audits of SM Contact (by customers, certification bodies, etc.).
- Collaborate with customers at all stages of project for quality management.
- Perform commissioning activities at SM Contact side.
- Collaborate with customers for aftersales support for quality management.
Requirements

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, quality or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in quality management.
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Languages: fluent English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 will be an advantage.
